Spanish Serenity to French Daydreams

Day One - Barcelona, Spain

Welcome to Barcelona! You should plan to arrive in Barcelona on June 13th. Enjoy a night in the port city known for its history, culture, and GREAT food! The cruise departs on June 14th and a pre-night will allow time for travel delays and rest before we hit the seas!

Plan to arrive at the Barcelona Port no later than 2:00 p.m.

The ship departs promptly at 5:00 p.m.

At approximately 11:00 p.m., the pajama jammy jam begins!! Wear your favorite jammies and get ready to party to all the 90s/2000s hits!

Day Two - Palma de Mallorca, Spain

Welcome to Palma de Mallorca 🇪🇸—a Mediterranean paradise where stunning beaches meet Gothic cathedrals and charming cobblestone streets. This sun-kissed Balearic Island is a dreamy blend of culture, coast, and laid-back island vibes.

Start your day exploring the iconic La Seu Cathedral, perched above the sea with jaw-dropping views. Wander through the Old Town’s winding alleys, filled with boutiques, cafés, and tapas bars, or escape to the nearby countryside for olive groves, wineries, and hilltop villages.

Day Seven - Return to Barcelona

The ship returns to the Barcelona port at 6:30 a.m. However, don't expect to be able to leave the ship until about 8:30 a.m.

If you are leaving Barcelona on this day, we recommend booking flights after 12:00 p.m.

You can also extend your vacay by staying the night in Barcelona!

Insider (No Window or Balcony)

Insider cabins are Virgin Voyages' interior staterooms with no window. These cabins range from 105 to 177 sq ft. Some select cabins can accommodate up to 3 sailors.

Insider cabins are crafted to offer an intimate and welcoming ambiance, perfect for couples or solo travelers looking for a cozy space to unwind. These cabins are typically smaller in size compared to other accommodations on the ship, but they are cleverly designed to maximize comfort and functionality.

Despite their compact size, Insider cabins feature an innovative layout that makes efficient use of space.

Insider cabins feature either a queen bed or pull-down bunk beds to accommodate more guests.

Queen beds can convert from two twin beds or a sofa during the day.

Cabin amenities include a desk/vanity area, mini-fridge, safe, ample power outlets and USB ports.

Cabins

Sea View (Window)

Sea View cabins are Virgin's standard oceanview cabins, offering a large round porthole window with stunning views of the ocean.

Despite their compact size, Sea View cabins are thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and functionality. Expect plush bedding, soft linens, and cozy seating areas where you can relax and unwind after a day of exploration.

These cabins are 130-190 sq ft in size and some cabins can accommodate 1-3 guests with either a queen bed or pull-down bunk bed.

Queen bed can convert to two twin beds or a sofa during the day.

Space is optimized with clever storage solutions to keep your belongings organized and out of the way. You'll find ample storage space for your luggage, clothes, and personal items, ensuring a clutter-free environment throughout your voyage.

Sea Terrace (Balcony)

The Sea Terrace is Virgin Voyages' standard balcony cabin. Measuring approximately 225 sq ft, the modern stylish design features splashes of Virgin's signature red color.

These cabins include a transformational "seabed" that converts from sofa during the day to a European Queen or two beds at night. (Two bed sizes are larger than a twin but smaller than a full.)

Cabin features include 43 inch TVs, tablet to control lighting, and ample power outlets and USB ports.

Private balcony terraces come equipped with a hand-woven hammock, two chairs, and a small table.

Sailors also enjoy upgraded bathrooms with roomy rain showers, mini-fridges, and ample storage space.

The Suite Life

Virgin's luxury suites are designed for sailors who appreciate high-end amenities and indulgent details. These cabins feature fully-stocked, full-size bars, a peek-a-boo shower, record player, and large terrace with hand-woven hammock.

Suites feature King or European King Beds facing the ocean view terrace. The cabins include marble bathrooms and a glamour area with vanity for getting ready.

The terrace (balcony) has a hand-woven hammock and champagne table.

Also included for sailors staying in suites is access to Richard's Rooftop, a private sundeck for only for suite guests, 24/7 access to Rockstar Agents (butler service), priority booking for dining, shows, and shore excursions, as well as complimentary luggage assistance and unpacking/packing services.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel, you must contact your Travel Agent (Sakeenah Graham here or (443) 502-0441) and give notice of the cancellation. The Voyage will only be cancelled on the date Virgin Voyages receives the notice of cancellation.

You have the most flexibility outside of 120 days prior to your departure date. If you're booking at this time, you have a 7-day grace period to request a full refund on your deposit and any other payments made. Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.

After the grace period (but still before the 120-day mark), you can receive a full refund on any payments, not including your deposit. For your deposit, you can request a Future Voyage Credit at this time.

From 119 days up to 46 days from your departure date, your available options are:

  • Receive a “Future Voyage Credit” in the amount paid that can be applied to a new sailing up to 1 year after the original Voyage date.

  • Change to a new Voyage date up to 1 year after original Voyage date.

  • Change names on the reservation; permissible up to 48 hours before your Voyage sailing date.

  • Submit an insurance claim if travel protection (aka travel insurance) was purchased.

At 45 days from your departure date, all funds paid are final. But you do have the option to transfer, sell, or otherwise have someone go in your place up to 48 hours before your Voyage.

Note: The date of departure means the date the arrangements you have booked with Virgin Voyages starts. So if you booked a flight or hotel add-on to your Voyage, with Virgin Voyages, it is the day the first add-on begins. Conversely, it may be your Voyage sail date if that is the only thing you booked with Virgin Voyages. The sail date is the date the ship, on the Voyage portion of your holiday, departs the port of embarkation.

Individual cancellation policies apply at the Guest level for any individual cancellation within a cabin. Depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be able to reclaim any unrefunded money (less any applicable excess) under the terms of your travel insurance policy. Claims must be made directly to your insurance company. As always, we recommend you purchase our Voyage Protection.Where any cancellation reduces the number of full paying party members below the number on which the price, number of free places and/or any concessions agreed for your booking were based, we will recalculate these items and re-invoice you at the applicable higher price.

Cancellations shall be deemed effective at 11:59 p.m. local east coast United States time on the date Guest communicates such cancellation.
